A lot of bounce in the sole - I can wear them all day for work, and I work long hours and do a lot of walking. I have generalised foot pain, and these are very effective in helping to handle that. Excellent shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toe area too narrow for me and I do not have wide feet…but doing long distance in these has ruined my big toenails…which didn’t happen with my Novoblasts or models from other brands. Would wear to the gym but not long distance running.
